Constructed using Western red cedar logs, the 5-bedroom estate offers a feeling of seclusion with sweeping views and a private sledding hill in the backyard. High ceilings with towering beams, floor-to-ceiling windows, multiple private decks and wood-burning fireplaces evoke a classic alpine lodge, while radiant heat, DirecTV and a bubbling hot tub add modern comforts. In the open-concept living area, a wrap-around leather sofa and armchairs frame a two-story, stone fireplace and large-screen TV for cozy nights after a day of mountain adventures. Through an arched log doorway, a formal dining table seats 8 guests for dinner with mountain views. Four stools at the kitchen breakfast bar allow for a separate “kids’ table.” The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need for home-cooked meals. Built on three levels, this 5,250 square-foot home is ideal for groups and families, comfortably accommodating up to 16 guests. The master bedroom, conveniently located on the main level, features a king bed, private deck, gas fireplace and en-suite bath with mountain views from a large soaking tub. A guest master, also featuring a king bed, offers total privacy as the only room (along with a detached private bath) on the upper level. On the main level, an expansive deck offers ample outdoor seating with breathtaking views of the Spanish Peaks Range. Fire up the BBQ grill for apres-ski al fresco, or simply take in the sun on your private patio in between runs. Decorated in pristine white cabinets with gold accents, the spacious kitchen includes a 4-stool breakfast bar and a large kitchen island with 4 additional stools and stainless-steel appliances. The adjacent U-shaped breakfast nook/dining table is great for sit-down dining or a quick bite before skiing. After adventuring, guests can relax and unwind in the cozy living room with a linen couch, 2 armchairs, Smart TV and a gas fireplace. Step outside onto the fully furnished deck with spectacular mountain views.
