This four-story condo in Ketchum will accommodate up to 12 guests and provides a perfect getaway for a large family or group of friends wishing to stay in one unit. The ground level has a guest room with a queen size bed and full private bath, and a very large storage area for guest use. On the second floor is a laundry area with a washer/dryer and a guest room with two twin beds and a full bath. <br><br> The main level is open and inviting with comfortable seating, a wood-burning fireplace, vaulted ceilings and an entertainment center. The kitchen is fully-equipped with a cheerful nook and a formal dining area that will seat 8 guests. The master suite is on this level as well and has a king size bed, television and full bath. Upstairs is a loft with 6 twin beds.

A two-car garage is attached and high-speed internet access is available. This home is 3 story with a great yard and is close to hiking and biking, skiing and downtown Ketchum. The central location is 5 minutes from the Warm Springs lifts, the YMCA, Zenergy, and pickleball courts. As you enter the home there is a large foyer and to the right is the formal living room. The home has high ceilings and large windows for great light and central air conditioning. There is a wood burning fireplace and access to patio with lounge chairs to enjoy the outdoors. The kitchen is large and spacious with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. There are 4 bar stools at the counter top for extra seating. The dining table will seat up to 8 guests.
