The Ranch Condominiums are located in Elkhorn at Sun Valley, minutes away from the world famous Sun Valley ski resort. This 100-condominium unit complex was built in 1972 and has its own recreation club house with summer season pool and year-round hot tub.

The Lodge Apartments were built to suit the ski lodge standard of Sun Valley's early years - woodsy, spacious, warm and basically timeless. The Lodge Apartments are immediately adjacent to the Sun Valley Lodge, affording easy access to the many amenities of Sun Valley Village. The celebrated Sun Valley Ice Rink is less than a block away.

Hiking and biking trails, restaurants and shops are within a short walk or drive from Andora Villa. After a day on the trails, some have private outdoor hot tub offers a relaxing spot to unwind. Nestled in a peaceful and secluded neighborhood with views of Trail Creek, these two-level condos combine modern style with comfort. The Georginia 109 home offers 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, comfortably sleeping 6. Both the master bedroom and the second bedroom have king beds. The third bedroom is equipped with a queen bed. Both the living room and family room feature large river rock fireplaces. The kitchen is fully equipped and provides great views. A two-car garage is attached and high-speed internet access is available. The deck, with a gas grill, and the hot tub, look over the creek and up at the mountains, affording a wonderful, relaxing view.

The Larkspur Condos in downtown Ketchum have spectacular views of Bald Mountain and the Bigwood Golf Course. The property offers a year-round Jacuzzi and a summer use pool. Each condo has a washer/dryer, high-speed internet access, and either a gas or wood-burning fireplace.
