The Hemingways offers a luxurious vacation experience with topnotch finishes, high-end appliances and spectacular mountain views. These townhomes have 4,100 square feet of living space and include four bedrooms and four bathrooms, a den, an office and a two-car attached garage. Located at the base of Bald Mountain, The Hemingways is one the few ski-in ski-out properties available in Sun Valley. Great for hiking, mountain biking, skiing, relaxing by the river and enjoy time together as a family.

These condominiums are situated right in the hub of Warm Springs. The living room opens to a large deck with perfect views of Bald Mountain ski runs. The free shuttle bus stops 1 block away and provides service to all areas. These are units with inviting, pleasing accommodations that are tastefully decorated. The kitchen is fully equipped and is open to the living and dining rooms where you find fabulous views of the Warm Springs. You will love the open floor plan making the Smokey Plaza perfect for small families or friends.

If you want affordable accommodations in a great location this is it! Trail View West Condominiums offer one of the most convenient locations in the entire Sun Valley area. Very easy access to skiing, town, biking, fishing and all that this town has to offer. Located in west Ketchum, an easy walk to lifts, shops, restaurants and shopping.

The Prospector Condominiums, located in beautiful Warm Springs, are a short walk to world-famous Bald Mountain. This property has a 30 night min in the winter because it is considered to be in the avalanche zone per the city. Warm Springs Creek is just out the back door. A complimentary town shuttle stops about a block away, with service to downtown Ketchum and Sun Valley Village. The complex has three common area hot tubs, a summer-only pool and guest laundry facilities.

These three level deluxe townhomes are located in the heart of Sun Valley's River Run. The units feature a two-story ceiling in the great room with large floor to ceiling windows facing Bald Mountain. Elegance abounds, from the grand stone entryway to the great room level with living, dining, and kitchen areas and master bedroom suite. The Larkspur Condos in downtown Ketchum have spectacular views of Bald Mountain and the Bigwood Golf Course. The property offers a year-round Jacuzzi and a summer use pool. Each condo has a washer/dryer, high-speed internet access, and either a gas or wood-burning fireplace.
