Beaver Village Condominiums are located at the entrance of the town of Winter Park and 1.5 miles from Winter Park Resort. The large complex is set in a campus setting with three clusters and a centrally located clubhouse with a heated indoor pool, hot tubs, sauna, and laundry facilities. With condos ranging in size from 1 to 4 bedrooms, Beaver Village is an affordable option for families and groups. The free town shuttle picks up at Beaver Village during ski season.

Located at the entrance to Winter Park resort, the Vintage offers 112 finely-appointed guest rooms, from traditional hotel rooms to studios and suites, most featuring kitchenettes and fireplaces. The Vintage Hotel is host to the Coca-Cola Tubing Hill check-in and tube rental. Amenities include an outdoor heated pool and hot tub. The Five Mountain Tavern serves lunch and dinner during ski season. An assortment of breakfast and lunch grab and go items can be purchased at the front desk. The Village Cabriolet provides complimentary transportation from the hotel parking lot to the base of Winter Park Resort.

Located conveniently 225 yards from the base village chairlifts, Fraser Crossing and Founders Pointe are comprised of studios and 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units. Amenities include outdoor hot tubs, heated parking, ski storage LCD flat-screen TVs, high-speed Wi-Fi and an outdoor fireplace.

The townhouse style units at Timber Ridge offer quiet, spacious accommodations in a wooded setting within walking distance of Winter Park. The Winter Park Mountain Lodge is a full-service hotel with 110 rooms, a restaurant, indoor pool and two indoor hot tubs. Accommodations are comfortable and affordable. This is a lovely cabin that will sleep 8 comfortably and is set on a large acre lot, only a short 3-minute drive to downtown Winter Park. Three bedrooms and a large open floor plan encompassing living, dining and kitchen spaces allow guests to enjoy each other's company and cooking meals. There are 2 entrances into the cabin, the main front door is a large space adjacent to the kitchen and offers built-in storage for everything you wear to enjoy the outdoors.

After a day of outdoor adventure, come home to relax on the large, comfortable leather sectional sofa surrounded by the luxury of the great room with vaulted ceilings, oversized windows, gas fireplace and 65" flat screen TV with sound bar. Set up a puzzle or board game on the lift-top coffee table from the wide selection of games, toys and books in this home. This room adjoins a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, new appliances, sizable pantry and spacious dining at the main table with additional seating at the large kitchen island or adjustable game table.

Situated high on a mountain Meadow Ridge features beautiful 1, 2 and 3 bedroom condominiums in Fraser Valley with a great view of Byers Peak. Located 10 minutes from Winter Park Ski Resort on free shuttle bus line and surrounded by 300 miles of mountain bike and hiking trails. Meadow Ridge is located in the town of Fraser- 6 miles from the ski resort on the free shuttle route. All units have a full kitchen, color cable tv, vcr. Some units have a private balcony or patio. The recreation center has tennis courts, game room, locker room and racquetball courts.

These deluxe town homes are located just across the street from the ski area. Each town home is unique. All offer kitchen and fireplace and most have private hot tubs, washer / dryer and high-speed internet.
