For the 20/21 season, it's more important than ever to buy your Epic Pass before the 9/17 deadline. In addition to locking in the pass before prices increase, the purchase of any Epic lift ticket product grants you access to reserve your priority ski day. Combine that with Ski.com's flexible lodging cancellation policies, and you have a reservation process you can feel confident with.

Q. How do I reserve my ski days if I have a season pass. A. All pass holders will have to reserve dates on their online account. The lead person on the account has the ability to reserve for all guests under the account.

Q. What are priority days? A. Each pass holder has opportunity to book up to seven Priority Reservation Days for the season (Dec. 8-April 4), or as many days of access as they have on their pass if less than seven. The booking window for Priority Reservation Days will open Nov. 6 and will be exclusive to pass holders until Dec. 7. After Dec. 7, all reservations must be made no more than one week out.

Q. Can a Mountain Travel Expert reserve my priority days? A. No. Each guest must reserve their priority ski days on their own online account. The lead person on the account has the ability to reserve for all guests under the account.

Q. What happens after I have used all 7 of my priority days? A. As pass holders use their Priority Reservation Days, they can book new ones, maintaining up to seven (or however many days of access are remaining on their pass) at any time. In addition, pass holders can always make as many week-of reservations as they choose (or however many days of access are remaining on their pass).

Q. How many days can I reserve in addition to my priority reservations? A. Throughout the season, pass holders will be able to make as many week-of reservations as their pass type and availability allow.

Q. How can I reserve ski days at partner resorts? A. Each partner resort will have their own procedures in place and are separate from the Vail Resorts reservation system. Details to be announced.

Q. How can I make sure I get my desired ski days? A. Book your Epic Pass as early as possible and reserve priority ski dates by December 7. After December 7, lift ticket purchases will be open to the public.

Q. What if I purchased my pass but my priority dates are not available? A. If pass holders are unable to book their preferred Priority Reservation Days during the initial booking window (Nov. 6-Dec. 7) and if they have not used their pass yet, you are able to get a refund.

Q. How do I redeem Buddy and Ski With a Friend passes? A. Lift tickets (including Buddy and SWAF tickets) will go on sale on Dec. 8, with sales limited based on the number of spaces available for any given day after our exclusive pass holder reservation period. This season, lift tickets will be sold with a reservation for a specific resort on a specific date.
