Two outdoor relaxing pools and one outdoor spa are available for guests to enjoy, as is a fitness center, guest laundry facilities, and underground parking for one vehicle per unit. 1115 Lowell Avenue is a half duplex located just up the street from the Park City Mountain Resort. It’s spacious and in a great location, perfect for families or large groups. There are 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths in approximately 2,000 square feet on 4 levels. The main level consists of the living room, kitchen and dining area combined in one great room, and one bedroom. The lower level has the entrance from the 2-car garage, a mudroom area and the laundry room. The second and third bedrooms are on the third level; this is also the level with the back deck and private hot tub. The top level contains the master bedroom suite. The other half of the duplex, #1117, is the same size and may also be available to rent. Sleeping capacity for both units combined is 23 people.

Four luxury townhomes comprise the Sunflower complex in Park City, UT. Situated on Park Avenue at the start of Old Town, these townhomes can be combined to fit any size family or group. A short walk will take you and your guests to Historic Main Street in downtown Park City and the Park City Mountain Resort’s Town Chair Lift. Four hundred feet and you will be at the PCMR Three Kings Chair Lift and the Park City Golf Course. A bus stop right in front of the homes allow access to the area’s attractions. However, with everything being in walking distance you may never use the bus.

The Residences at Blackstone is a luxury townhome development located at the base of the Canyons Village area at Park City Mountain. The property is located just off the 13th hole of the Canyons Golf Course. It is a block away from the Cabriolet, providing quick access to base area lifts, restaurants, shops, and more. The Residences at Blackstone are just a few miles away from downtown Park City. These townhomes have 9-foot ceilings, gourmet kitchens, central air conditioning, and private decks. The Blackstone community amenities include a seasonal community pool and hot tub, fitness center, and underground parking.

Situated about 300 yards from the Waldorf Gondola at the base of Canyons Village, Fairway Springs is a wonderful property for guests looking for spacious living areas. Although guests can definitely walk to the lifts, a car is recommended for this particular property. Not many properties rival this stunning mountain vacation spot. Guests can relax in the private outdoor hot tub on the patio. Vaulted ceilings offer a bright and airy feeling throughout, while oversized windows frame breathtaking vistas of the Uinta and Wasatch ranges. Fairway Springs is about 5 miles from downtown Park City. Each townhome has a private garage.
