Abode at Silver Mountain is a charming 1909 historic home in the heart of Old Town Park City. It was extensively renovated in 2014. This unique 3 bedroom 2 bath property is situated on 2.5 Old Town lots, which affords plenty of space for outdoor entertaining amid beautiful Aspen trees. This home is in a prime location on quaint Norfolk Avenue, which is a 3 minute walk to the Town ski run, a 5 minute walk to historic Main Street and a 7-8 minute walk to Park City Mountain Resort. The home includes restored vintage hardwood floors, an outdoor hot tub and wood-burning stove, making for a welcome retreat after a long day of skiing or hiking. There’s a California king in the master bedroom, one queen and two twin beds in each of the lower bedrooms and a full size sleeper sofa in the den/media room. Guests can use dedicated, off-street parking for up to two cars.

The Payday Condominiums are conveniently located across the street from the Silver Star chairlift and a half mile from the base area of the Park City Mountain Resort, which is accessible via the Park City free city shuttle system. Some units have private hot tubs and wireless internet access.

Located in Canyons Village, The Ridge is modern vacation rental that is near Canyons Village, which plays host to many things besides skiing. Boutique shopping, cafes and more are right around the corner and within a short walk. With accommodations for up to 13 in four bedrooms, there’s plenty of room for large groups or multiple families to stay together here. The first guest room, located on the second level just off the dining room, has a cozy queen bed and shared bathroom, while the second guest room on the top floor offers a king bed and private attached bath. The main bedroom, located on the top floor, boasts a king bed with luxury bedding, gas fireplace, attached deck and a spacious en suite bathroom. Drop your gear in the mud room on the main level as you enter, before dropping yourself onto the comfortable sofa in the TV room, or take a dip in the private, year-round hot tub right outside your door. The sofa sleeper in the TV room with an adjoining bathroom means that extra guests can enjoy their privacy in the evenings, while the kids have somewhere out of the way to play during the day. The kitchen, dining and living room offer an open floor plan on the second level of the house, with a massive flat screen TV, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a natural stone fireplace, making it the perfect place for family and friends to gather after an adventure-filled day. It’s easy to spend the night in at the Ridge - the kitchen’s high-end appliances, solid oak cabinetry and gorgeous quartz countertops make cooking a family meal a delight.
