The Edgemont is a ski-in, ski-out condominium complex just up the hill from the Steamboat Ski Resort base area. The guest master with private bath offers a choice of a king bed or can be set up with two twin beds. In the third and fourth guest rooms you’ll find a set of double bunk beds and two double beds. Granite counters offer ample workspace, all appliances are professional-grade and the large center island provides seating for four. The adjoining dining area seats ten for larger family meals. Sunshine Peak Chalet offers four bedrooms with a variety of bedding options to sleep up to 13 guests. The master bedroom has a king bed and large en suite bath with dual vanities. The guest master, also with private bath, offers a queen bed. A third bedroom offers two sets of twin bunk beds while the fourth offers the option of a king or two twin beds. The media room also offers a queen sleeper sofa with Tempurpedic mattress and an optional roll-away twin bed is available upon request. The hot tub on the upper rear deck is the ideal place to soak away after your day on the ski trails. Enjoy a Netflix movie, a 3D Blu-Ray movie, or play games on the Wii in the media room with Smart TVs. Emerald Lodge at Trappeur’s Crossing guests enjoy spectacular views and convenience to the Steamboat Mountain Resort, just 2 blocks away. Emerald Lodge guests have access to Trappeur’s Crossing Resort amenities, including four seasonal pools, ten hot tubs, a sauna, fitness center, conference space, business center, fire pit, outdoor patio area, poolside BBQ grills and a public lounge area. During the ski season, all guests are able to take advantage of the ski area loop shuttle and on-call valet shuttle service to downtown shops and restaurants as well as local grocery stores.

Storm Meadows at Christie Base is located directly off the Right-O-Way ski trail at the base of the Steamboat Ski Area. Guests can easily access the slopes with a short walk from the property and can ski directly back to their building. This convenient property offers views of the ski slopes and south valley. These large studio, one, two, three and four bedroom condominiums are located just above Ski Time Square, putting apres ski activities, shops, restaurants and nightlife just a short walk away.
