The Edgemont is a ski-in, ski-out condominium complex just up the hill from the Steamboat Ski Resort base area. Guests enjoy access to a fully equipped fitness room and a heated outdoor pool and hot tub. Private ski lockers house all the gear and allow an area for the all the equipment to dry overnight. Each condo has a full kitchen, gas fireplace, washer/dryer and wireless internet.

Situated on the base of the mountain adjacent to the Steamboat Ski Resort base, slopes are as close to your door as possible. The Ponderosa Lodge sits just under the Steamboat Gondola, high above the valley floor and takes its name from the grand Ponderosa Pine tree in the front yard. On three levels with over 6,000 square feet, this beautiful log home has 6 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms and sleeps 10 people comfortably. The main level features a large living area with a wood-burning fireplace and incredible views of the entire valley. The master suite is on this level with a king bed and its own gas fireplace. There is also a half bath and an office with a pull-out queen bed on the main level. The upper level has two bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with twin bunk beds and another twin bed. These two bedrooms share a bath. The lower level features another living area with its own gas fireplace, large TV, bar with refrigerator, and a closet full of games. There are three bedrooms and two baths on this level. The first bedroom has a king bed and its own gas fireplace. Off of this bedroom is a small windowless room with a crib and changing table. The second bedroom has a queen bed, while the third features a bunk bed (twin over full) and a separate twin bed. Every window has majestic views and the extensive south-facing decks feature plenty of deck furniture and a private hot tub (hot tub is available during summer months only).

This 5,000 square foot chalet comfortably sleeps 12 with 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The great room offers spectacular mountain views with a covered deck as well as leather sofas situated in front of the large fireplace and 45” plasma TV. The dining area seats 10 people and the kitchen is fully equipped with the finest appliances from Wolf and SubZero. The rec room on the lower level provides great fun for the whole family with a 50” big screen TV with surround sound, Playstation 2 video games and a pool table. Dry off your boots and store your skis in the nearby mudroom that includes a boot dryer and storage cupboards for all of your ski equipment. Champagne Lodge at Trappeur's Crossing is located just two blocks from Steamboat ski resort’s Gondola. Its location, literally on the slopes of the Steamboat ski area, places it just above the base area village. The Morningside Ridge Residence has panoramic views from the Flattops Range to the south and all the way to Sand Mountain to the northwest with the gondola passing by in the foreground. The interior design of this delightful three bedroom residence is both warm and inviting with a modern-mountain feel. The master bedroom has a king bed with a gas fireplace. There is also a private balcony, walk in closet and beautiful ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom offers a queen bed with balcony access and the third bedroom offers two twin beds.
