The Edgemont is a ski-in, ski-out condominium complex just up the hill from the Steamboat Ski Resort base area. Guests enjoy access to a fully equipped fitness room and a heated outdoor pool and hot tub. Private ski lockers house all the gear and allow an area for the all the equipment to dry overnight. Each condo has a full kitchen, gas fireplace, washer/dryer and wireless internet.

This custom-built Montana log home sits upon a mountain ridge and offers a "million dollar" panoramic view of the Steamboat ski area. Mountain High Chalet is conveniently located to the Thunderhead Express high-speed quad lift with easy access provided by regular, complimentary shuttle service. The hand shaped logs are beautifully finished and provide a cozy living area centered in front of the stone fireplace. The Great Room with high ceiling and loft shows off the fine craftsmanship involved in the construction of the chalet. Mountain High Chalet offers 3 charming bedrooms and baths in the main house and a detached apartment garage with fireplace, bath and kitchenette. The kitchen in the main house is fully equipped. The dining table will comfortably seat eight guests for an elegant dinner setting as the alpenglow lights up the mountain. The outside decks offer one of the most spectacular views of the area with a 180-degree view down the valley to the Flat Top Mountains and up to the Steamboat Ski Area. This is same view that you can enjoy from the hot tub on the lower deck. Please note this home is located in a mountainside neighborhood which gives you spectacular views all around. In winter the road is plowed regularly but 4WD and snowtires/chains are essential if you intend to bring a car. If it snows (which it does a lot) you will need to pay attention in the driveway which is steep and without guardrails.

On the third level of the home, you will find the master bedroom with a large picture window with views of the mountain, a four-poster bed, and a spacious ensuite bathroom with a walk-in closet. The two additional bedrooms include a bunk room with a twin over full bunk bed and a split King / 2 XL Twin beds bedroom, both with access to the full bathroom in the hallway. Keep following the stairs up one more level to the showstopper of this home – the rooftop deck! Here you will be greeted by a stunning panoramic view of Steamboat Springs. The ski area straight ahead, town to the west, and Emerald Mountain to the south. You really get it all up here! The cozy great room allows you to relax by the huge stone fireplace while taking in views of Steamboat’s slopes and opens into shared dining and kitchen areas. A chef’s delight, the kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessities and includes granite counters, Wolf gas range and large center island with seating for four. Adjoining in the dining area are seats for eight and a wall of windows looking out to Steamboat Mountain. Down the hall, the media room offers the perfect spot to curl up and watch a movie after a day outdoors. The four bedrooms of Storm Peak Chalet, all with private bathrooms, will comfortably sleep up to 10 guests. The master suite includes a king bed, flat screen TV, spacious en suite with dual vanities and a private balcony. The guest master with private bath offers a choice of a king bed or can be set up with two twin beds. In the third and fourth guest rooms you’ll find a set of double bunk beds and two double beds. Off of the living room is a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops. On the same level you will find a bedroom with a queen sized bed, views of Emerald Mountain and access to the deck. On the third level is another bedroom with a king sized bed and private bath. The master suite is on the top level and has a large master bath, amazing views and a king sized bed. The lower level features contains another large living area with its own gas fireplace, large flat screen TV and surround sound. The bunk room is also located on this level with 2 sets of twin bunk beds.
