The Edgemont is a ski-in, ski-out condominium complex just up the hill from the Steamboat Ski Resort base area. Located alongside the Right-O-Way beginner ski trail, this warm and inviting 1,800 square foot, 4-bedroom, 3 bath townhome provides easy access on and off the mountain. The central focus in the open plan living area is the wood-burning fireplace. Comfortable seating surrounds the fireplace and a large flat screen TV makes it the perfect place to relax or talk about the adventures of the day. The chalet comes with everything you will need, including, washer/dryer, plush bath towels and robes, wireless internet and cable TV. Sleeping arrangements include a king-bedded master bedroom, a second bedroom that can be made up either with 2 twins or a king bed, a third bedroom with 3 sets of bunk beds, and a fourth bedroom with 2 twin beds. The house has an attached a two-car garage, but having your own vehicle is not necessary as the free city shuttle stops just a few yards away. Union Grande is a combination of two neighboring homes, Kingdom House and Borough House, that together accommodate up to 17 guests. Each of these newly built homes are full of light, modern amenities, chic furnishings, and topped off with spectacular rooftop decks with private hot tubs and firepits. The second level of the homes are where guests will gather in the spacious main living areas with gas fireplaces and gourmet kitchens complete with gleaming professional grade appliances and large islands.
