The town shuttle bus will take you into downtown Ketchum or to the ski resort, 2 miles away. The Cottonwood complex consists of 18 buildings, with 1, 2 and 3 bedroom condos available. Some units have access to Sun Valley Resort amenities such as the pool and hot tub.

The Horizons IV condominiums are some of the best mid-priced condominiums in River Run area.
