Conveniently located just steps from the lifts at Taos Ski Valley as well as restaurants, nightlife and shopping, the Alpine Village Suites provide a warm and welcoming ambiance. Decorated with Southwestern décor, large windows, exposed wood beams and 360 degree views of Alpine Village, the Alpine Village Suites offers 26 rooms that sleep anywhere from two to six people and can be adjoined for larger groups. All rooms feature a kitchenette, TV with DVD, full baths and telephones. Outside you’ll find a large outdoor fireplace as well as a large outdoor hot tub that provide the perfect place to unwind and relax after a day on the slopes.

Supremely functional, each unit includes three bedrooms, featuring two king beds and two twins, three bathrooms and a powder room. Owner's storage is accommodated discreetly under the entry window seat, and generously on the owner's level – the fully divisible third floor suite. Each unit incorporates locally sourced materials, such as dead-standing timbers and locally inspired themes. The feature wall in the living room, timber framing and stainless steel firebox cladding all recall the valley's mining tradition. Beginning in the mudroom, galvanized steel panels and baseboards are a feature throughout. A refined rusticity permeates the whole. This chalet is perfect for a group a friends or a large family to enjoy all of what Taos and the Taos Valley Ski area have to offer. The chalet also offers a gas fireplace and wireless internet, and is within walking distance to ski lift #4.

Snakedance Condominiums are premiere slopeside properties in Taos Ski Valley. We offer 32 condominium suites at affordable rates. Tembion 1 is on the second level of a three level home within walking distance of the base area, and is a great home for large groups or families on a ski getaway. The home has 4 bedrooms, each with their own private bathroom, and an additional half bathroom. The first bedroom has a queen bed and the second has a queen and one bunk bed set as well as a TV. The third bedroom has one king (bridgeable twins), a bunk bed set, and a TV. The last bedroom has 1 queen and one twin bed. There is an open living area combining the dining room and living area with a fireplace and large wall-mounted TV, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with plenty of room to cook full meals. A shared hot tub and sauna are located on the first level. This home is also equipped with a gas burning fireplace, laundry room with large washer and dryer, and ski and snowboard storage. A 14-pair boot dryer has recently been installed for the ski season! If you need additional space Tembion 2 can also be rented comfortably sleeping 19 or totaling 14 separate beds.

The Lake Fork condominiums are very close to the base of the mountain and sit right alongside the Lake Fork River for beautiful views during all seasons. The condominiums sleep five to nine people depending on the unit.

This cabin is located just 1.5 miles above the base area, within walking distance to a mountain stream and ski return trail. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the unit sleeps up to 9 guests. The master bedroom features one king bed and a bathroom with a beautifully tiled walk-in shower. A second bedroom has a bunk with one twin and one queen, perfect for a small family. This bedroom also has a bathroom, which is equipped with a washer and dryer as well as a claw foot tub for relaxing after a long day of skiing. There is a third bedroom which offers a king bed and a twin with a trundle. For additional bedding, there is also a queen sized sleep sofa in the living area. Both the living room and master bedroom are equipped with Dish TVs for indoor entertainment. For your convenience, a washer and dryer with necessary supplies are available. Also, wood is supplied for a wood stove to make your Taos retreat even cozier. Because of area weather conditions, we highly recommend that guests bring a 4-wheel drive vehicle during the ski season.

Only 1.5 miles away from Taos, these studios come in a variety of arrangements. From sleeping 6 to 2 people. All units come with a refrigerator, microwave, and kitchenette. Enjoy your home away from home while you enjoy Taos.

These private mountain residences range in size from sleeping 10 people to sleeping four. Some are 1.5 miles away from the lifts whereas one is ski-in/ski-out.
