Yellow Brick Road is a 5,000-square-foot Telluride ski vacation home with ski in, ski out access to Village Bypass, an easy green run. The adjacent dining area offers seating for ten, and the kitchen offers additional seating at the breakfast bar. The spacious kitchen has a dumbwaiter, commercial refrigerator and professional cooking top with griddle. Yellow Brick Road’s two master suites have king beds, large closets with built-in storage and en suite baths. The first guestroom has two double beds, and the second guestroom has four twin bunk beds. One of the lofts features two twin pullout beds, and there is a queen sleeper sofa in the downstairs TV room. There is also an office with scanner and high-speed internet. Wi-Fi can be accessed throughout the home and deck.

Near the middle of town, the Manitou condominiums share the building with the Manitou Lodge. There is a shared hot tub in the enclosed gazebo on the river side of the entry deck. A network of covered walkways and stairs lead to each of the individual condos once you pass the hot tub. Parking for the residences is at the south end of Fir Street, on the town-side of the river. A wooden footbridge, an integral part of the San Miguel River Trail, gets you to the Manitou. The chairlift #8 (Oak Street Lift) and Gondola plaza are 200 yards down the river trail, or less than a block via street. Two blocks straight up Fir Street you'll pass the grocery store and Baked In Telluride before being right downtown on Main Street.

The dining table seats ten and the gourmet kitchen is fully equipped for entertaining. There is also a half bath on this level, as well as a king guest suite with private bath. The VIP suite occupies the entire fourth floor of the residence. It has two full-sized beds and a large private bath. The top level of the town home, level five, features the deluxe master suite with a king sized bed, a small Juliette balcony, and master bath with steam shower and separate tub. A private outdoor hot tub on level two completes this luxury residence.
