The Valley Floor has nice hiking and biking opportunities as well as SUP'ing the river. There are also groomed cross country skiing tracks in the winter season. You are just a 5-minute drive to downtown Telluride and skiing - or a 10-minute bike ride along the bike path. This home is also on the free Galloping Goose shuttle route.

This luxurious Diamondtooth penthouse is located in the center of downtown Telluride walking distance to all shops, restaurants, festivals and ski lifts. Proximity to the Core also allows for great access to the shops and restaurants of Mountain Village as well as a quick gondola ride to downtown Telluride. There are only 12 units in the prestigious Dakota Place complex, each one beautifully finished and furnished. From the hot tub on the north-east facing deck, enjoy unobstructed views of spectacular alpenglow sunsets. An elevator to the heated parking garage makes transporting luggage and groceries easy.
