Offering scenic views, high-end finishes and a slope side location, the Element 52 residences offer the best in luxury and convenience. Located in downtown Telluride, with ski access via a custom funicular, Element 52 is close to everything you want to do on a Telluride vacation. Condominiums feature an open floor plan with a gourmet kitchen, gas fireplace and washer/dryer. The property has a workout facility, multiple hot tubs, and a heated parking garage with one reserved spot per unit.

Near the middle of town, the Manitou condominiums share the building with the Manitou Lodge. There is a shared hot tub in the enclosed gazebo on the river side of the entry deck. A network of covered walkways and stairs lead to each of the individual condos once you pass the hot tub. Parking for the residences is at the south end of Fir Street, on the town-side of the river. A wooden footbridge, an integral part of the San Miguel River Trail, gets you to the Manitou. The chairlift #8 (Oak Street Lift) and Gondola plaza are 200 yards down the river trail, or less than a block via street. Two blocks straight up Fir Street you'll pass the grocery store and Baked In Telluride before being right downtown on Main Street.

Just beyond a stand of aspen trees that line the Lower Galloping Goose ski run, lies a treasure. 416 Benchmark is a cabin large enough to accommodate 18 guests while still feeling intimate and cozy - especially true if you call dibs on the separate guest house. What makes 416 Benchmark so delightful are the unexpected surprises - ending a long day with alternating trips between the sauna and steam room, and the way that Wilson Peak is impeccably framed by the great room window. The ground floor media room has a large sectional sofa, access to the patio, and a gas fireplace, ideal for movie nights. Six of the bedrooms are in the main house and the other two are in a separate guest house with a pool table and kitchen.

586 West Pacific Avenue is a perfectly located home in downtown Telluride, two blocks from the Gondola and one block from Chair 7. Its rustic, reclaimed barnwood exterior is juxtaposed with a contemporary, high-end interior. Large windows in the living room let in tons of natural light, and showcase incredible views of the ski area. A 200 square foot heated deck provides for year-round use with great views of the mountain. Additional amenities include a gas fireplace in the living area, in-floor radiant heating, and a laundry room.

This luxurious Diamondtooth penthouse is located in the center of downtown Telluride walking distance to all shops, restaurants, festivals and ski lifts. While sitting in the private hot tub you will enjoy views of the town of Telluride and the San Juan Mountains. The Diamondtooth building has underground parking located underneath the building. For your convenience these units also feature full kitchens which makes eating out an option not a necessity.
