445 Depot Avenue is a sunny 5 bedroom 4 bath home in downtown Telluride, walking distance to everything you need. One unique aspect of this rental home is the 6-person hot tub on the home`s roof with unbelievable 360 degree views of the Telluride Ski Area, Box Canyon and San Juan Mountains. This part of the home also makes an excellent Nanny`s quarters. There is one garage parking space, however a car is usually not needed for this central location.

Located in the heart of Mountain Village, these condos are just steps from the gondola, ski school, restaurants, shops and more. Kayenta II offers ski in, ski out access to Lift Four and offers a common hot tub for guest use. The ground-level 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo has a king bed and a split king bed, which can be divided into two twin beds. The living room features a gas fireplace, 40-inch TV and a private deck with gorgeous views. The fully equipped kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and a dining area with seating for six guests. Each bedroom has a flat-screen TV and a private bath. The third-level 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo sleeps nine guests and features a loft, gas fireplace, Jacuzzi tub and a shared deck with a BBQ grill.
