Featuring high end appliances, such as a large Wolf gas stove, granite countertops and mountain views, the gourmet kitchen is a culinary haven. The adjacent breakfast nook offers a cozy dining experience with leather couches, large arched windows and flat-screen TV. In the formal dining room, an antler chandelier is at the center of the long dining table. An opulent retreat on its own floor, the master suite at Hord Retreat features a dual-sided fireplace that warms both the bedroom and the separate den, home to a 42-inch flat-screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and a dining area with seating for six guests. Each bedroom has a flat-screen TV and a private bath. The third-level 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo sleeps nine guests and features a loft, gas fireplace, Jacuzzi tub and a shared deck with a BBQ grill. As soon as you step into San Joaquin on Sundance, you might have to pinch yourself. This home is a feast for the senses both inside and out with views through every window. No matter the season, you will enjoy everything this home has to offer, from the hot tub perched on the expansive deck outside, complete with dedicated cooking area, or the stone fireplace that serves as the focal point of the great room. But the part of San Joaquin on Sundance that can't be missed, quite literally speaking, are the vast and uninterrupted views. Additional amenities in this 4 bedroom 3.5 bath home include a washer and dryer, multiple fireplaces, a steam shower in the master bath, and a private garage.

Ajax Peak Unit C is a thoughtfully laid out and quality built condominium in a great location directly on a Colorado Avenue south-facing corner as you enter the Historic Landmark District of Telluride. It includes 3 bedrooms and 3 baths on three levels, providing privacy for each of the bedrooms. The great room, dining and kitchen area have a gas fireplace, slate floors and an 18-foot vaulted ceiling with wooden trusses and views to the west, north and east providing great light throughout the day. The kitchen has granite countertops and is fully outfitted for gourmet cooking. Off the great room to the west is a large deck for relaxing in the western sun with a gas grill.

A significant element of Telluride's charm is its free year-round gondola transportation network. Walk up to the Mountain Lodge lobby and enjoy a warm fireplace, a cold drink, or a dip in the all-season swimming pool. Once in the lobby, grab the Mountain Lodge's free shuttle to the Mt Village Core or to the gondola plaza which offers a coffee bar, a well-stocked liquor store, the town post office and the Free Intercept gondola station. From here, it is a 3 minute glide to the heart of the Village core, another 4 minute ride to Allred's Restaurant at the top of the ridge, and 11 minutes more to the town of Telluride. In the winter, pull your ski boots on in front of the in-unit fire place and walk approximately 100 yards to the Double Cabins ski access (a green run). Once there, slide down to Lift 10 or Lift 1 and start your ski day. If you end up skiing into the Village Core or into the town of Telluride, you can ride the free gondola back to the Mt Village and call for the free Mountain Lodge shuttle.

The Highlands Way home is a 5 bedroom 6.5 bath masterpiece that includes amenities like a private gym, 8-person saltwater hot tub, and a media room with a pool table, ping-pong table and foosball. The only decision left to make is where to start. Located in Telluride’s Mountain Village, the Highlands Way home is a short walk to the Lower Galloping Goose Ski Run (green run). It has gorgeous views of the forest and mountains. The massive great room has a large wood-burning fireplace, 25 foot vaulted ceilings, and access to the spacious deck with covered seating and a gas grill. There’s a gourmet kitchen and a formal dining area. There are steam showers in both the master bath and the media room bath. A laundry room, a full office, and a private wireless internet network complete the list of amenities. There is garage parking for one vehicle as well as three driveway parking spots.
