Located in the Mountain Village Core at the base of Chair 4 and the Gondola, Dakota Place has a front row location for the best ski-in/ski-out access at the Telluride Ski Resort. Proximity to the Core also allows for great access to the shops and restaurants of Mountain Village as well as a quick gondola ride to downtown Telluride. There are only 12 units in the prestigious Dakota Place complex, each one beautifully finished and furnished. From the hot tub on the north-east facing deck, enjoy unobstructed views of spectacular alpenglow sunsets. An elevator to the heated parking garage makes transporting luggage and groceries easy.

Near the middle of town, the Manitou condominiums share the building with the Manitou Lodge. There is a shared hot tub in the enclosed gazebo on the river side of the entry deck. A network of covered walkways and stairs lead to each of the individual condos once you pass the hot tub. Parking for the residences is at the south end of Fir Street, on the town-side of the river. A wooden footbridge, an integral part of the San Miguel River Trail, gets you to the Manitou. The chairlift #8 (Oak Street Lift) and Gondola plaza are 200 yards down the river trail, or less than a block via street. Two blocks straight up Fir Street you'll pass the grocery store and Baked In Telluride before being right downtown on Main Street.

The gas range is topped by a bespoke metal hood that reaches up to the beamed ceiling. Nearby, a spacious dining table has seating for ten people and unobstructed views of the mountain peaks. The kitchen island also has barstool seating for three people. An additional dining table on the outdoor patio is the perfect spot for an alfresco meal set against the backdrop of the mountains. Each of the four bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom and available extra oxygen that assists with sleeping at these higher altitudes. The first primary suite features a luxurious king-size bed set against an upholstered headboard and facing the stone fireplace. A glass door leads out to a private patio.
