Located in downtown Telluride, with ski access via a custom funicular, Element 52 is close to everything you want to do on a Telluride vacation. Condominiums feature an open floor plan with a gourmet kitchen, gas fireplace and washer/dryer. The property has a workout facility, multiple hot tubs, and a heated parking garage with one reserved spot per unit.

The Ballard House Condominiums are located just two blocks from the Gondola and steps from Town Park, offering guests a great location year-round. Each condo has a gas fireplace, one reserved garage parking spot with elevator access, wi-fi and a ski locker.

Near the middle of town, the Manitou condominiums share the building with the Manitou Lodge. There is a shared hot tub in the enclosed gazebo on the river side of the entry deck. A network of covered walkways and stairs lead to each of the individual condos once you pass the hot tub. Parking for the residences is at the south end of Fir Street, on the town-side of the river. A wooden footbridge, an integral part of the San Miguel River Trail, gets you to the Manitou. The chairlift #8 (Oak Street Lift) and Gondola plaza are 200 yards down the river trail, or less than a block via street. Two blocks straight up Fir Street you'll pass the grocery store and Baked In Telluride before being right downtown on Main Street.

Located in the heart of Mountain Village, these condos are just steps from the gondola, ski school, restaurants, shops and more. Kayenta II offers ski in, ski out access to Lift Four and offers a common hot tub for guest use. The ground-level 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo has a king bed and a split king bed, which can be divided into two twin beds. The living room features a gas fireplace, 40-inch TV and a private deck with gorgeous views. The fully equipped kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and a dining area with seating for six guests. Each bedroom has a flat-screen TV and a private bath. The third-level 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo sleeps nine guests and features a loft, gas fireplace, Jacuzzi tub and a shared deck with a BBQ grill. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and a breakfast nook. The living area has a 42-inch TV and a dining table with seating for six. Upstairs, the master suite has a king bed, TV, en suite bath and a private balcony with mountain views. This unit has a mudroom with ski storage. Amenities at Kayenta II include garage parking, a private washer and dryer and Wi-Fi.

Located near the resort, Hord Retreat is the ultimate Telluride vacation home. The handsome great room features vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, floor-to-ceiling windows and a large stone fireplace give the room an alluring air. Outside, Hord Retreat has a large heated patio and massive hot tub with breathtaking views of the surrounding peaks. Featuring high end appliances, such as a large Wolf gas stove, granite countertops and mountain views, the gourmet kitchen is a culinary haven. The adjacent breakfast nook offers a cozy dining experience with leather couches, large arched windows and flat-screen TV. In the formal dining room, an antler chandelier is at the center of the long dining table. An opulent retreat on its own floor, the master suite at Hord Retreat features a dual-sided fireplace that warms both the bedroom and the separate den, home to a 42-inch flat-screen TV. The adjoining master bath is outstanding, and features a steam shower and Jacuzzi tub with superb views. For your convenience, the master bath has its own washer and dryer. A great place for youngsters, the bunk room has four oversized bunk beds, flat-screen TV and private bath. The second master suite has a private entrance and deck, as well as its own bath with steam shower. The fourth bedroom homes a queen bed and bath with Jacuzzi and steam shower. This luxurious Diamondtooth penthouse is located in the center of downtown Telluride walking distance to all shops, restaurants, festivals and ski lifts. While sitting in the private hot tub you will enjoy views of the town of Telluride and the San Juan Mountains. The Diamondtooth building has underground parking located underneath the building. For your convenience these units also feature full kitchens which makes eating out an option not a necessity.
