Welcome to your family or friends' retreat at Granita in the Mountain Village! The Granita Building is very convenient for any season and any reason. The top of Lift One is adjacent to the building. A short walk will bring you to the base of Lift 4 and the main Gondola that runs to the Town of Telluride or the top of the Ridge between the two towns. Another convenient Gondola takes you directly to the main grocery store in Mountain Village.

The prime location just a block from the gondola and a short walk to main street or Town Park combined with beautiful modern design create an ideal mountain getaway for friends and family. 445 Depot Avenue is a sunny 5 bedroom 4 bath home in downtown Telluride, walking distance to everything you need. The second floor great room, dining room and kitchen feature big, sunny views of the ski area and a south-facing deck with a gas grill. The great room is perfect for entertaining large groups. One unique aspect of this rental home is the 6-person hot tub on the home`s roof with unbelievable 360 degree views of the Telluride Ski Area, Box Canyon and San Juan Mountains. The spacious master suite features a California king bed. The family room is downstairs and has a second kitchen, dining area and 2 TVs. This part of the home also makes an excellent Nanny`s quarters. There is one garage parking space, however a car is usually not needed for this central location.

The Plunge Condominiums sit right on the banks of Cornet Creek and 1 block from Lift 7. Each townhouse-style condo has three levels and a private deck off the compact living room. The Plunge complex has a common outdoor hot tub in a gazebo behind the condos, shared with the Graysill Condos next door. The free in-town shuttle bus stops at the corner across from the condos. The base of Lift #7 (Coonskin Lift) is less than a block to the west, so everything is within a 10-minute walk. The Plunge Condominiums are named after Telluride's most famous expert ski run, The Plunge. The Plunge drops 3,155 vertical feet and is considered to be one of the nation's most challenging runs.
