Offering scenic views, high-end finishes and a slope side location, the Element 52 residences offer the best in luxury and convenience. Located in downtown Telluride, with ski access via a custom funicular, Element 52 is close to everything you want to do on a Telluride vacation. The Plunge Condominiums sit right on the banks of Cornet Creek and 1 block from Lift 7. Each townhouse-style condo has three levels and a private deck off the compact living room. The base of Lift #7 (Coonskin Lift) is less than a block to the west, so everything is within a 10-minute walk. The Plunge Condominiums are named after Telluride's most famous expert ski run, The Plunge. The Plunge drops 3,155 vertical feet and is considered to be one of the nation's most challenging runs.

The quaint 11-room Manitou Lodge sits along the banks of the San Miguel River and is just a block from the Telluride town gondola. All rooms have a TV and mini-fridge. Amenities include wireless internet, ski lockers and a shared indoor hot tub overlooking the river.

Guests who choose to stay at the Lorian enjoy a year-round outdoor hot tub, a summer season outdoor pool, exercise facilities, underground parking, and a clubhouse. Located in the Mountain Village Core at the base of Chair 4 and the Gondola, Dakota Place has a front row location for the best ski-in/ski-out access at the Telluride Ski Resort. Proximity to the Core also allows for great access to the shops and restaurants of Mountain Village as well as a quick gondola ride to downtown Telluride. There are only 12 units in the prestigious Dakota Place complex, each one beautifully finished and furnished. From the hot tub on the north-east facing deck, enjoy unobstructed views of spectacular alpenglow sunsets. An elevator to the heated parking garage makes transporting luggage and groceries easy.

The Mountainside Inn is one of the last bastions of affordable lodging in Telluride town. Tucked in against the ski hill on South Davis Street, the Mountainside Inn offers guests a prime location in Telluride town, within easy walking distance of festivals, Main Street and skiing. The property contains hotel rooms as well as condominiums. Amenities include an outdoor hot tub, guest laundry facilities, and onsite parking. The ski run literally runs alongside the south most building of the Inn. To access Lift 7, guests can walk across the Carhenge carpark that adjoins the property. For the more adventurous skiers, there is the possibility to ski right to your door at the Mountainside Inn by dropping in from the bottom of Telluride Trail ski run. The main gondola station can be accessed by walking less than 5 minutes to the east.
