Located in downtown Telluride, with ski access via a custom funicular, Element 52 is close to everything you want to do on a Telluride vacation. Condominiums feature an open floor plan with a gourmet kitchen, gas fireplace and washer/dryer. The property has a workout facility, multiple hot tubs, and a heated parking garage with one reserved spot per unit.

The Plunge Condominiums sit right on the banks of Cornet Creek and 1 block from Lift 7. Each townhouse-style condo has three levels and a private deck off the compact living room. The Plunge complex has a common outdoor hot tub in a gazebo behind the condos, shared with the Graysill Condos next door. The free in-town shuttle bus stops at the corner across from the condos. The base of Lift #7 (Coonskin Lift) is less than a block to the west, so everything is within a 10-minute walk. The Plunge Condominiums are named after Telluride's most famous expert ski run, The Plunge. The Plunge drops 3,155 vertical feet and is considered to be one of the nation's most challenging runs.

There are only 12 units in the prestigious Dakota Place complex, each one beautifully finished and furnished. Located in the Tristant development in Mountain Village, the Tristant residences feature 4 bedrooms and 4 to 4.5 bathrooms and unmatched views of the San Sophia Mountain range. This 3,800-square-foot ski in ski out home offers guests spacious, home-away-from-home accommodations, a private hot tub, its own private gym and a fully equipped gourmet kitchen. Plus, each bedroom has its own flat-screen TV.

The Highlands Way home is a 5 bedroom 6.5 bath masterpiece that includes amenities like a private gym, 8-person saltwater hot tub, and a media room with a pool table, ping-pong table and foosball. The only decision left to make is where to start. Located in Telluride’s Mountain Village, the Highlands Way home is a short walk to the Lower Galloping Goose Ski Run (green run). It has gorgeous views of the forest and mountains. The massive great room has a large wood-burning fireplace, 25 foot vaulted ceilings, and access to the spacious deck with covered seating and a gas grill. There’s a gourmet kitchen and a formal dining area. There are steam showers in both the master bath and the media room bath.
