You guys hit it out of the park !!
The staff should teach courses in hospitality ! -Front desk, wonderful, cheerful, always smiling and pleasent, very helpful. A pleasure to deal with. -Restaurant/ bar staff. Accommodating, true service professionals, very outgoing. -Housekeeping. An asset to the business, polite, courteous, helpful, friendly. -Engineering. A behind the scenes treasure, very polite (but only when cornered as they were usually invisible, yet everything worked properly. Huh)
A little tired, in need of a facelift
Rooms and resort need to be renovated-pool/gym area was really dated- also looked like whoever cleaned our room left before they finished- my bed had been made but was very rumpled- also surprised conditioner for hair was not included in room. In a not crowded bar/restaurant one night we had to wait ten minutes for a drink as both bar tenders were fiddling with the register and no on bothered to look our way, and say" we'll be right with you"- also, if there is a rental shop in this hotel, why did we have to go to the mountain village to rent our equipment? would have been much more convenient to get it right there-also, the village/town buses should run more frequently- so people don't have to be waiting around in the cold
OK Hotel
Good hotel. Facilities were adequate - nothing special. Crews did a very good job clearing the parking lot after the heavy snow nights. VERY close to the resort with bus transportation to and from the ski resort. Restaurant has good beer but is very small.
Room Service
I got the room service only 1st day. I did stay for 3 days. I did use the old towels for 2 days.
