Only 5 blocks to town and a short drive to the lifts, this condo is conveniently located to the bike path as well. There is underground parking for one car and over flow parking outside the complex.

With a location you can't improve on, right in the heart of Sun Valley Village, the Eccles Cottage has five bedrooms with nine beds total (one king and eight twins). Overlooking Sun Valley Lake, this spacious house has a cozy wood-burning fireplace in the living room and a dining room with a table that seats 10.
