This home is 3 story with a great yard and is close to hiking and biking, skiing and downtown Ketchum. The central location is 5 minutes from the Warm Springs lifts, the YMCA, Zenergy, and pickleball courts. As you enter the home there is a large foyer and to the right is the formal living room. The home has high ceilings and large windows for great light and central air conditioning. There is a wood burning fireplace and access to patio with lounge chairs to enjoy the outdoors. The kitchen is large and spacious with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. There are 4 bar stools at the counter top for extra seating. The dining table will seat up to 8 guests.

Willow Road 2 is a fantastic family home in beautiful Lane Ranch, Sun Valley, Idaho. This well-appointed 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home is ideal for families or a group of friends. Sitting on just under three-quarters of an acre, Willow Road 2 features a family room with surround-sound and a spacious great room with a large kitchen -- perfect features for entertaining. This home is all on one level except for one bedroom upstairs. Three bedrooms are on the main floor. The master bedroom has a king bed and en-suite bath. Two other bedrooms have queen beds and share a bath. The upstairs bedroom has a double bed and en-suite bath. Guests have access to the private garage for one vehicle. Enjoy all the amenities of Lane Ranch such as access to the clubhouse, pool, tennis court and volleyball court. The Summit Condominium complex is located beside the Elkhorn Plaza, within walking distance of a free town shuttle stop. Summit is also within walking distance of the center of Elkhorn Village. There is a year-round community outdoor hot tub. During the summer months, a Robert Trent Jones golf course is the focal point of the Elkhorn Resort.
